Iberian Peninsula Development
If I had to vouch a guess, it's a matter of optimization. Yes it's possible to make cracks vibrate the truck as you drive over them (as opposed to them being merely aesthetic) but it's not all that feasible, probably due to the sheer amount of prefabs being put into one area in Spain as well as the sprawling road network (a hallmark of some of Ivan's work no doubt). In all, this is probably done so the game doesn't tank to ~5 FPS when you drive over a crack in this area. Remember, just because you CAN do something, doesn't necessarily mean you should.

Ah yes, you are right, I'm not sure why I put Ivan down there. Thanks for correcting the mistake

Well if I had a choice whether the cracks would make the truck rock or not I would want the truck to rock, but sadly that is not my choice ;p

I get this, but my point still stads. I still think that Barcelona is too big. If you made Barcelona half the size, than it looks from screenshots, you could already built for expample half way to madrid or somewhere south at this point. Yes it wouldn´t be as accurate as you wish, but nothing should not exaggerate, which is in MY opinion your problem.realdeal350 wrote:^ That.
Also, we are not like robots, everything done takes time and is done as a hobby in our free time. We also do not map flat out all the time.

Everyone at ProMods is trying their best to give you the best playing experience.
Also, you are carrying on too much.
Your arguing is just wasting my time, and isn't changing my opinion either.

Every developer has it's own style. Some love to create cities, others roads connecting the cities. Everyone pays attention to different things. Spain will look crazy and you don't have to drive there honza.tuhacek

I prefer roads which are out of cities than urban area too. BUT developers can do what they like... If realdeal350 wants detailed cities, its his choice and we can be glad that he do it. Without him there would be no Spain, no cities, no freeways, nothing...
