Oh, my mistake! Anyway, with my laptop I've got used to playing at 20-30 fps... But now after 4 years it's getting under 20 almost everywhere and that way it's just "unenjoyable"

yes I talked about the Nvidia 1080 GPU, not 1920x1080 resolution.

I play on both and maxed out graphics, but the cut in FPS in Iberia is killing performance to the point it becomes a slideshow, which isn't an issue everywhere else, hence what I said.

May I ask a question. Why does spain have those complicated roadsystems it makes no sense well it kinda makes sense if its build on a hill but really Spain? You can flatten it remember

That is because between France and Spain (as well inside Andorra) there are the Pyrenees, a mountain range. Also, the highway system of Spain are kind of weird because almost all our highways are made to go to Madrid, the capital, which to be honest is quite useless. Every main city in Spain has a highway that ends in Madrid but this also happens with the railway system.

Now Tenerife have an expansion that mix the north highway with the south highway called ''Anillo Insular''
and Fuerteventura is building a new freeway

Both Balears and Canarias really need an improvement on their highway system, there are only a few ones in the main isles (Mallorca and Ibiza & Tenerife and Las Palmas).
In Fuerteventura at the moment there is already a highway (the FV-2), tho there are only 2,5km done which goes from Las Gaviotas to Costa Calma but when ProMods will be making the Canarias isles, I guess that the FV-2 will be more than finished because it is about to do it soon.

I have a question the difference between "Red Estatal" and "Red Autonomica" it's Red Estatal = manage by Spain and Red Autonomica = manage by "Autonomias" like Catalonia or Galicia ?

Exactly, I wouldn't have said better. The FV-2 and the Anillo Insular that we mentioned above are going to be Redes Autonomicas.
