Well here is a concept map I made some time ago:

Brown = highway
Blue = road

So, 2 years after this post, are we following a similar concept for the Iberian Peninsula or are there any major changes planned - maybe forget some of these cities and add some others?

I liked Huseca most. Realistic, Realistic Highway Nodes. I did not see any work. Revelation. More successful this area of Spain.
