Hello everyone, thank you very much for all your efforts, I am Portuguese and I know (more or less) how difficult it is to have to shape the roads and highways with half twisted configurations but here is a living proof of the quality Promods you do not delay but yes they do Perfect.Thank You Team

I think the problem lies more with the fact that there's quite a good portion of Spain to cover before they can lurch to Portugal...

ScuL has said 3 pages ago that ProMods has tried mapping Portugal in the past, but there's nothing that connects to it, and it was so long ago that they'd need to rebuild it with new assets, new techniques and probably new concepts.

Anyway... yeah. It'll come when it comes... or SCS would get to it first, they have a huge team of mappers now, and they can do good maps quickly XD

Ferry connections to Spain?

ProMods
Portsmouth - Bilbao " +Santander in future?"

Non ProMods
If no France DLC "base SCS only"
Plymouth - Santander "SCS possibility"

If Italy DLC "+ future Sardinia"
Naples/Palermo - Cagliari "Sardinia "
Porto Torres "Sardinia" - Barcelona

Whops, a lot of posts, while I checked ferry sites etc for semi trailers. "for a ´few´ hours"

IvanGF14, so it will be activated in a future release. 2.40 maybe? "Portsmouth - Bilbao"

French Mediterranean coast, Marseille and Nice, not even close to ferry ports at the moment.
And Toulon is not ingame.

No, i never said we will do that ferry. I wanted back then when i created Bilbao but no one in the team wanted. What i said is that if SCS in the case they make a Iberia DLC they can connect it via that ferry if someone doesnt have France DLC

Ahh, that. Cheers IvanGF14.

bilbao.sii is in the ferry-folder.
connection-folder has the bilbao_portsmouth.sii and portsmouth_bilbao.sii files.
I do have a suggestion.

Oh, wait.... is the Bilbao ferries disabled by #'s?
I'll go test that.

/edit:
IvanGF14, I activated that ferry in the def file.
Due to, no more ferry bugs.
Thank you for having the ferry/portal portal there :)

/edit2:
IvanGF14, if you or anyone else makes Santander, could the ferry/portal and sii files be included there too?
"Disabled with #'s if others say no to connection?"

/edit3:
Question:
Barcelona, possible harbour + parking. Any future edits to get it an active port?
València, it has the harbour and boat. No sii files, is the ferry/portal missing too?

If SCS releases a Iberia DLC, this would surely mean that there would be a LOT of things to fix to make it compatible with ProMods right?

I'm assuming that quite a bit of it would end up being re-done as SCS dlc always brings some nice region specific assets and prefabs that promods would probably like to use.

Did my first full drive from Valencia up the AP7 towards France yesterday and damn it's impressive. Brings me back to holidays I've had in the area over the last few years.
