The Spanish government department in charge of Motor vehicles and Traffic (DGT) will put into service a new speed camera that will detect if you break before you pass through a radar and fine you. In other words, if you are driving at 140km/h in a 90km/h road and you see a speed camera and you break to legal speed, pass through the radar at the correct speed and then accelerate back to 140km/h you will get a ticket.

it can't really be added to the game unless you place an invisible speed camera trigger before and/or after the actual camera

It could be implemented by SCS for the upcoming DLC, if you say it in the Spain pre-research tips on their forum (provided it hasn't been mentioned already).

About those changes in radar speed fines in Spain, I'm glad that some nations and people have the wisdom to do so, while others like my home country don't really want to catch infractioners, except when it suits them. And while some here in Slovenia do appear to abbide by the rules and regulations, most of them don't want or don't wish to. This Spanish solution would be perfect even here in Slovenia. Don't get me wrong, youngsters do cause most of the accidents on European roads, but other more experienced drivers aren't that innocent also, most of the time.
