Images will be posted when the developer feel like posting it. Parts of Spain already exist, Portugal isn't ready yet.
But there wont be any development in this area anyways, because of the Iberia DLC.

I know, that it won´t be much, but will be something like Ciudad Real added in 2.45 or later?

2.45 will be only a version focused on merging Road to the Black Sea DLC and fixing critical bugs.

SCS are developing the Iberian Peninsula, and as such I would imagine Promods have paused development on Spain for now.

It is very likely SCS will cover all of Iberian Peninsula so i think all of it is halted, maybe also on Portugal and not just Spain.

I hope SCS includes Andorra and the French cities bordering Spain and Andorra, as well as the Rock of Gibraltar

I don't think that Andorra and Gibraltar will part of the upcoming DLC since those tiny countries have low importance for transportation industry. Lichtenstein and San Marino also aren't part of the base map and I expect that the Andorra and Gibraltar won't be added by SCS either.

I disagree, I think that Andorra is a LOT more of importance than Liechtenstein, comparing the two is not very meaningful because both Liechtenstein and San Marino are basically just cities, almost no trucks even drive near there, on the other hand Andorra is about 3 times as big compared to either of these two city-states and is one of only 3 major routes from France to Spain, while San Marino is not in any route from one place to another, and Liechtenstein is only used when going from Switzerland to Austria (and there are many alternatives). Andorra on the other hand is larger, more commercial AND on the route from france to spain, its fair to say that SCS will AT LEAST have some for of hint or Easter egg towards it if not including it. I cannot say the same for Gibraltar, unless SCS decides to include european territories in africa (like ceuta) which I doubt...

I still hope to have it in, either by SCS, or by ProMods.

Andorra allows truck traffic. Customs have their own lane for them.
