Besides, i feel like Narva would be a "peninsula" all by itself without Russia.

How can another person estimate whether he has time or not? Please, don't be too demanding. It's fully up to the developers, whether they work on the map or not.Nico i think you still have time for Narva.
When it comes to the mapping, I think, a decent idea for the project would be to make rest of the Baltics first before making other cities for Estonia other than the ones already already made.
Narva can come in another update, or as an extra city when the map doesn't work with the new version. Don't worry everybody, it'll come sometime sooner or later.

Adding Kuressaare to the map will be hard, because of scaling (ferry ports, 6-7kms is only in real life distance on sea).
