Is there any chance that complete A7/A9 (Lyon-Spain) will be present in 2.0? At least road without cities as shorter connection to barcelona.

France is known for its restaurants routiers which are basically restaurants (from really home cuisine to a more commercial standard) with huge parking spaces. There are also even bigger but thereby also even more commercial "Centre Routier" which are sometimes really massive.

So yes, and they have quite a few of those.

If you can read French: this is the site you want to bookmark:

They'll be in Spain, so I guess we'll see them in France as well ;)

Yes, I know, but I haven't seen palm trees in France yet, that's why I wonder if it will come in 2.0 :)

At the Cote d'Azur, basically, anything eastern from Mandelieu-La Napoule and south of Perpignan. That's for the typical palmtree, there's a few other trees that are typical of Southern France that resemble it like the cypres or the "parasol" tree.

Palm trees in southern France seem to have been planted. They don't look like natural vegetation. Or maybe am I totally wrong?

Cypres or the "parasol" tree are the majority.
Palmtrees are only few, or in city like Nice, in place where the trucks don't go.

They're on the A8 around Mandelieu-Antibes though, and lots of trucks pass by there. Same for the region of Toulon-Hyères.

Hyeres is the city with the most palm tress of all France...then Nice comes and Cannes...

Perhaps Trucks don't go so much in Nice but they must drive through the city of Hyeres to reach some other places and to reach the industrial area of Hyeres (which is along the Toulon-Hyeres airport for its biggest part) .

Hopefully there will be Toulon and Hyeres in v2.x ;-)

Good Job modders , keep going !
