Is there any plans that E45 in Sweden will be built?

It's planned to be built in its entirety but it's very long-term as it barely connects any cities at all. The most important part (Göteborg - Karlstad) will be done together with a Göteborg rebuild, something that is high on the priority list. It's very difficult to make any plans right now though with the way development in Norway is progressing, both in the north and south, so things are bound to change.

E45 is sort of a life line for small cities and villages. Someday, in the far future.

Yes, Halmstad is on my wishlist, but no time for it right now I'm afraid. Sometime in the future hopefully ;)

the only Rogaland areas that SCS made are Risavika harbour in Tananger, Tau quarry along the RV13, and IKEA Sandnes (Forus). Thinking about it, they simplified the area so much they forgot to add Stavanger in the game.
