If I remember correctly, Lappeenranta may come to the map. For the other cities I can't say anything, the may be too small to be included or then they're too close to another cities.

I think, that Promods will try to represent Finland and Scandinavia on summer. If that is true (I'm not sure), then the truck won't need any winter-season tires/tyres, because in summer those special tires/tyres are forbidden (Unless there is some snow or ice, then those tires are needed).
But I guess, that we won't need special treatment for our trucks

Winter tires are not illegal in summer. In fact, many companies (the one I work for included) use winter tires all year. We change to new tires in autumn, and use them until next autumn, so we always have new tires for the winter season, and spend the summer season wearing out the old tires.

Studded tires is an other story, but they are not very common, even here north.

Well here in Finland over 60% of car owners use studded tires, so we call them as a "winter tires" and those tires what you are talking about are "friction tires" or "friction based tires".
