Unfortunately I can't guarantee that, there was a map sector corruption, and this wasn't fixed yet. And it's not completely finished either.

Svenengelen was working on Vaasa externally, there were some screenshots a few pages back.
There indeed wasn't progress in Kokkola for quite a long time. Currently, the connection to the north remains a priority for me.
