City centers by SCS.
Why? It would be a lot of really unnecessary work , considering in almost every european cities trucks over 7,5 t are prohibited to get even close to city centers. There are exeptions, but really should this be our biggest problem right now? And either way, this is a truck simulator not a travel guide.

I leave to developers to say why they make city centers (e.g. Barcelona, Munchen, Frankfurt, Dublin, Stockholm, Hamburg, Zagreb, Novi Sad, Bucharest, Kaunas, Tallin, Helsinki,...). I have no nerves for discussion.

When the new Baltic Dlc comes, then the Pm team can use the assets from that to make Finland look even better, then it is now.It is realistic in many places now,but it could look even realistic in the future.I hope so anyway.I also hope, that the city of Vantaa can be in the Pm map again in the future too after the Baltic Dlc is available.
