There are some open spots maybe build there city's too! I cant wait to drive it i heard finland iceland latvia and spain got something new cant wait for sweden too!

it seems to be some uncompleted roads just south of Umeå. I was driving there from Gävle and got stuck on what seemed to be grass. Version 2.1

I guess you mean the asphalt piece in Örnsköldsvik. The road is complete.
But... a grass piece from another road section is suddenly too long and overlaps the main road.

Just recreated the trip again. Sure enough just north of Örnsköldsvik I went all lawnmoverman. Cost me a good 30k
