I have question about re-editing cityes?
Is there any plans for it?

A rebuild of Göteborg is planned, I doubt Borås will fit though other than as a scenery city, but it depends on how Göteborg will look after being rebuilt...

What about Gamleby? I see that it is not included in the map posted by AnsweredFern56, but I think it would fit quite nicely in to the map as there is a pretty large empty area around there.

If anything I'd definitely go for Västervik instead of Gamleby but there are no such plans at the moment.

Do you have any plans to add E10 between Luleå and Narvik in the future?

Is it possible to add the northern lights in this game? And if it's possible, will you add that to the northern-most part of Sweden, Norway etc...

Northern lights are already in game, you just have to look for them somewhere
