[Fixed] [#3241] [2.00] Warsaw, disconnected road

I have spotted a bug near Warsaw with no roads connecting. There are two, one where the mouse is and the other near the top of the picture.

Sorry But I haven't got a game log yet, I have just started back up since update to 2.0. Broken in Warsawa .
