[Fixed] [#3254] [2.00] Hungary, AI stopping at petrol stations

I ran in to this problem at 2 different gasstations:

Cars stop on the road from both sides of the gasstation ; [28/12/2015 16:30] (sec+0006+0005);27348.6;20.2491;20483.5
Same situation at the next gasstation further down the road ; [28/12/2015 16:47] (sec+0006+0005);24188.4;10.196;20615.5

I've fixed this bug twice before, but somehow it keeps re-appearing! Hopefully resolved once and for all for the next update
