[Fixed] [#3338] [2.00] Piatra Neamț, game crash at truck dealer

The dealer at Piatra Neamț is bugged,not showing type of dealer and crashes when hovering mouse over it in truck dealer map (when it's discovered).Game log.

It appears there is no brand associated with this dealer. Logged and moved to bug reports.
