[Fixed] [1.52] Posped, Kobenhavn, traffic light timings wrong

Hello,

ETS2 1.8.2.5s and all the DLCs. Promods 1.52 is the only mod used.

At coordinates (sec+0002-0008);8473.12;5.23506;-28215.8 , in Kobenhavn, near Pospped, there is an intersection with a T shape that is controlled by red signals (red / orange / green lights).

These signals are not functioning correctly. All the 3 roads get the same signal (eg green) at the same time. The result is quite messy with the AI !
