[Fixed] [#22] Rostock, rain in ferry

happy to report "simple" map-bugs this way. They seem to be easier to fix then the other ones

Ferry to rostock:
Just before the port the AI-Cars don't have a problem to go in the direction but desporn into thin air just before the port. Maybe the last bit after the junktion before the port should be forbidden for the AI.

Its outside rennes in France. uncannily rennes itself has been chopped of from the screenie and I'm not sure witch of those junctions it is.
But one is english witch means that the AI-cars tend to jump to the other lane and back.

It is the lower junction where you have to make a left turn (since going straight is blocked). Oddly enough I encountered this very error yesterday afternoon!
