[Fixed] France, wrong speed limits

Hi!

So ive been traveling from Germany to France and found a road with some wrong speed limits.
The road got no name so ill use some of my paint skills and the coordinates is the last speed limit error i found (tunnel)

Cant say if it was 2-3 errors or more.
Maybe it aint worth fixing until SCS release the France DLC.

Edit: Just realized that this might be a original problem and not caused by ProMods.
