[Fixed] A83, red Xs on sign

Hi i report a map bug:
I found a very sad interchange from SCS:

Where:- In France
-On the A83 between Nantes,Ring and Interchange A10(Poitiers-Bordeaux)
AND:
-On the A10 between Interchange A83(in the direction NANTES),and Bordeaux(without picture!)

This is an new road by ProMods but there is an XXXXXX Interchange
I't can be that the bug was already reported

There are more than one of these interchanges that don't have names. perhaps there isn't an appropriate place to associate with these interchanges.

France is already not really actively being developed at this point. We are waiting for the France DLC before we are going to do any big improvements there.
