Confirmed! A.I. traffic disappears when entering from the South road. A.I. traffic on the East and West roads behaves properly when entering/exiting the roundabout. I traced the cause of the problem to the roundabout prefab. There are a handful of other locations in the ProMods map which use the same prefab, and have the same problem with A.I. traffic disappearing.

I have reported this issue (all map locations) in our bug tracking system, bug #5165. Thanks for your report!
