Sorry for not having pics or anything.

There is an invisible wall exactly at the gas station that is located next to the garage in Gävle.

You can access the gas pump but you have to come from a certain angle.

This has been recreated with only this mod installed.

Confirmed! When the garage in Gavle, Sweden is upgraded to the 5-bay version there is an invisible wall in the fuel pump area. Coordinates: (sec+0005-0014);23214.57;14.75;-55754.35

The invisible wall is the green wire frame in the picture:
