Just taking on the opportunity of the generic "rain bugs" title to inform that it rains inside the Bilbao repair/shop too.
I think coordinates are not necessary

Not only in Spain, rain in the tunnels, which are available all over the country ...

I was also driving in the rain...and wipers needed inside the tunnel aswell entering Bilbao...

its a simple tick on the editor, something that can be easily overlooked if your not careful.

yeah for sure, and how many tunnels is there and how lucky is it that it rains exactly when U drive into one....
isn't fun to test a map in the rain so it might be more of these who knows good thing the wipers don't dry out in the tunnels

I have very low rain probability setting. When I'm testing beta versions of ProMods, I do it in good weather 99% of the time so I've never spotted such bug in any tunnel. There are thousands more users than beta-testers, so somebody will finally drive there when it's raining and can see it
