[Fixed] [2.10] Wrong speed limit in Southern France

On the road between the roundabout at the beginning of N20 and the junction to the A64, there is a wrong (too high) speed limit for trucks. Whereas trucks are only allowed to drive 60 on countryroads in France, the speed limit on the route advisor says, they could go 90 there.
It also seems to be very unrealistic that also cars are allowed to drive 90 (what they also actually really do) on that narrow and very curvy road.

The affected road is marked by the two waypoints, but the issue is also present in the village on the west of that road (where the truck icon is).
