Confirmed! This is a pervasive problem in the UK areas of the map, as I have reported several instances myself. The road segment along A68 has a blank "right edge" property, which causes a default road shoulder model to be used instead of the intended "shoulder_a" model. I have reported this issue in our bug tracking system, bug #
5265.

The second set of coordinates you provided is indeed the same location as the first.

This third set of coordinates is a terrain gap at the rest area further North on A68. The symptom is the same as the other location in this report, but the cause/fix is different. I already reported this gap as part of bug #5261 when I processed your report of problems around the rest area:
[2.11] Going North A68 Newcastle-Aberdeen - Terrain Issues 2.
Thanks for your report!
