[Fixed] (2.15) Invisible wall west to Bucuresti

Hello. I find invisible wall west to Bucuresti near roadsign. Wall is on verge.

We know about it, there's the same problem near Arad. It just wasn't fixed for 2.15 - collision box of sign is moved to the left and down, that's why it's on the road. Thanks for reporting anyway!
