[Fixed] [2.16] Lodz, Raben company prefab issues

The Raben company yard has a few issues:
1. None of the parking spaces for the trailer are accessible when dropping off a trailer. Semis or other trailers block the spaces.
2. There are vehicles which interfere with the trailers that the player is to pickup from this company. The trailers for the player end up on top of other vehicles.
3. One of the speed bumps at the entrance needs to be rotated by 180 degrees. The black end seems like it needs to be aligned with the edges of gate into the yard.
