[Fixed] Wrong road segment and grass covering road UK

I have two reports to make about the latest ProMods 2.16

At the England/Scotland border on the road from Edinburgh to Newcastle (A68), there is one segment of road that is set to right hand drive, so for 5 metres or so, the traffic goes crazy and switches sides of the road.

At the roundabout interchange north of Dover, on the slip road onto the A2 northbound, there is grass covering the road

Those are my only problems playing 2.16 as of yet. Thank you, I hope these get fixed.

1 - it somehow appeared in 2.16 even though it should be fixed. I fixed it again myself a few days ago and it'll be included in the hotfix
