[Fixed] [2.16 & Hotfix] Bălți sign in road

The sign indicating the turn off to Bălți, Moldavia is in the left lane when heading south on Route M14.
It should be in the median instead of its current location. Location: (sec+0016+0003);65326.5;73.5462;12630.5;-2.73635;-0.172774

It appears this has not been fixed since it was first reported in version 2.11, in this other Bug Report thread: viewtopic.php?f=29&t=14546
Can this please get fixed finally?
