[Fixed] [2.16 & Hotfix] France, blank exit sign

This exit sign in France should have an actual destination listed on it as the player can use this exit to reach Andorra.
Currently, the sign has the XXXX destination (or a black wrap if you're using that mod) instead of a destination.
The sign before this one on the highway does have a destination listed for this exit.
