Drop off point at the bottom of the quarry in Strasbourg seems to be below ground level.
Found similar issue in fixed list below, wasn't sure whether you knew about similar issue in Strasbourg. If so, please ignore this.

Every time when you have a mission to somewhere where there are mines (the places where people dig stuff out) #1 you cant see where you need to place the cargo, so you have to just do the easy way and press enter. #2 When you have pressed enter and got your cash and xp, you get back to your truck to drive and you fall out of the map . And then you must waste money so you could get towed to the nearest mechanic shop!!!

The issues with the pit quarry prefab are known, but require SCS Software to fix the prefab.
SCS Software made changes to it when releasing the Heavy Cargo Pack DLC. This is out of ProMods' control to deal with.
The current recommendation to players is to avoid shipments to the pit quarries until it has been fixed by SCS Software.

I tested it and while it does work to correct the issues with parking and taking jobs from the pit quarry prefab, it causes unwanted texture issues with some of ProMods' assets due to the automats that are provided by that fix. Namely, ProMods' warning lamp asset that is used for obstructions, sharp corners, etc. gets a white texture which glows at night instead of the current amber lens.

The quarry problem has been expertly reported and fixed and should be working fine in upcoming versions.
