There's a car placed over an unload point in the Edinburgh Sanbuilders depot. See in the images:

It is impossible to park manually, I had to skip the parking.

To prevent a re-occurrence of the problem, I have moved the cars away from that area. The fix should appear in version 2.20 ;)
