[Fixed] [2.16 & Hotfix] Baia Mare/Firenze, missing companies

Hello, this bug is present with and without hotfix.
In Baia Mare both companies are completely missing:

In Firenze though companies appear on the map, but there are no cargo selection "zones" at each company, thus Firenze hasn't any cargo from it.

Baia Mare companies were never meant to work.
Could you show us Firenze?

But there are no jobs in the market:


I remember that they used to be generating jobs in 2.15, and companies in Baia Mare used to work (even if that wasn't intended). Only Europcar in Firenze generates a job sometimes.

I don't remember working companies in Baia Mare but I'll investigate it then, Firenze too. Thanks for your report
