[Fixed] Wrong place [not sure]

I've been travelling to Finland through Estonia and found these shops around Tallin.

And Romanian Pizzeria (Pizzerie la Piticu')



Actually they are not a bug. I understand that. I've also these (at least the Pizzeria) in Ukraine. But that's pretty close to Romania, but Tallin is a little bit far. The pizzeria can be a virtual known shop in Europe in ProMods. But the Post Office is pretty weird.

Edit: Whole Tallin is fullfilled with Romanian Prefabs (found more : Ceasornicărie,Banca Comercială etc)
