[Fixed] [#7015] [2.17] Perpignan, multiple bugs

While visiting Perpignan, France recently, I noticed a few issues:

1. Location: (sec-0009+0010);-34033.5;14.6703;41411.5;2.79041;-0.110128
Some traffic controls could be used at this intersection. Currently, there are no signs indicating which road has priority.
The 50 kph side road is crossing a highway here and trying to cross it during the day is kind of dicey.

2. Location: (sec-0009+0010);-33600.3;36.4493;42210.6;-0.11274;-0.159211
When driving back to town from the port, the curve warning sign is facing away from approaching traffic.

3. Location: (sec-0009+0010);-34056.2;14.6024;41517.6;-0.326379;-0.291694
The pavement markings for the bus stop jostle the player's truck when driven over.
I don't remember them behaving this way in previous versions of ProMods.

4. Location: (sec-0009+0010);-34267.8;21.0758;41316.6;-1.84168;-0.418399
The 2-lane bridge above the highway shows up on the GPS as being discoverable.
The player cannot access this bridge under normal circumstances.
Also, I recall reporting this particular issue before....
