[Fixed] [#8495] Invisible obstacle between Koblenz and Bonn (Germany) [2.20]

Hi Pro Mods Team,

just encountered an invisible obstacle as described. Its seems to be not a whole wall, but something is there. Felt like going over a decently sized rock. To reproduce, go from Koblenz -> Bonn via roadway 9 (bridged part with the railways). Location a few meters after you have passed the railways beneath you.

One of our beta testers has already reported this issue, but thank you anyways for the report. This will be fixed soon.

The bump / wall is only on the bridge overpass. At the moment to avoid it drive through the small village below the bridge (right turn just before it) and cross below the bridge, when driving from Koblenz to Bonn.
