[Fixed] [#8637][2.20] invisible wall on A1 westbound from Wien

Hit an invisible wall heading westbound on A1 outside Wien. Coordinates: (sec+0004+0003);19675.7;57.2307;13925.8;-0.322013;-0.0806273

You have to drive a little on the right shoulder to hit it, but on the white line will do it. I think it may be a problem with the collision box for either the streetlight or direction signs at this location. In the one sideview photo, I went back to the location and stopped the truck right when it hit the wall so you could see the location better. The wall only covers a small part of the highway, and you bounce past it after hitting it if going at highway speed.
