[Fixed] [#8638] [2.20] Liege, floating arrows

I found barely noticable floating arrows on road in Liege in Belgium.
I noticed this first in Promods 2.17, but bug is still not fixed in Promods 2.20
This has been tested with a test profile that has Promods 2.20 only.

This bug can be fixed all ready,but i will add it to the bug tracker anyway.
It can be the same bug as the bug number #6318.
I did add your bug to the bug tracker and the number for your bug is #8638.

This bug is now fixed in next WIP version release and this topic can be moved to Fixed bugs forum.
