[Fixed] [#8770] [2.20] Gdansk, Austrian road signs

I noticed this for long time and still not fixed in Promods 2.20. This roundabout has Austrian road signs and it was near Gdynia in Poland.
The area near Gdynia will be updated to Promods standard later, so I am not sure it will be fixed first. This has been also tested with a test profile that has Promods only.
