[Fixed] Angers cannot be discovered

Hello,

It seems to me that ity is not possible to get the "discovery" message in Angers. I have driven most of the streets there, without any results, the city is still "grey".

It this a known bug? Can it be resolved, please?

Known, will be resolved in the future.
