[Fixed] [#9576] [2.20] Vt9/E63, AI not giving way

Just outside of Turku, when travelling southbound on road 9/E63, the northbound AI traffic often turns left at this intersection and fails to yield right of way. I've been hit almost every time I drive through this intersection in the southbound direction. This issue was also present before update 2.20, but I couldn't find it reported anywhere so I thought I'd mention it. Here are the coordinates:
