these are not full coordinates. You have to press report and copy the coordinates from bugs.txt file (in your ETS2 folder).

Thanks for your report. I`ve also discovered that this area is causing errors in game.log: "unable to determine road lane -1 for road item" and "no priority set for intersection". Both issues (incorrect sign and errors) were reported internally and have numbers #9664 and #9665.
