This doesn't make sense. So if you get a green from the entry you should stop on the red a few metres after?
The second light gets green when the entry light is red.

It does have sense indeed. The entrances are open while inside the roundabout is closed.

But you have to stop again and only one AI Car get's in the roundabout in each green phase.
There were some roundabouts in the UK were one entrance is open, the next one closed but the roundabout also open which does make sense, but this not.

Traffic lights cannot be synchronised, nor can their timing be tweaked for a particular instance. Therefore, this is something we cannot fix.

Well, it is fixed in the next version, because these traffic lights don't exist here in real life so I removed them, and the roundabout functions properly.

Just before entering Holyhead from mainland UK, there is an extra set of signals on the roundabout, killing traffic flow.
The first set is red when the second set is green and vice versa, meaning that only one car can pass through. They will go past the line and then immediately wait again for the next signal to turn green.
Looking at the intersection that second set is completely unnecessary, and even worse the road to the left is blocked off anyway so no traffic will ever drive over it.

I don't think it can be as intended...
Maybe I need to try to capture video of it. The first set of signals (the one my truck is waiting for) will turn green, then an AI car will drive one small bit and immediately stop for the second red light. At that stage, there is no possible traffic at all on the intersection.
Then the second set of signals goes green and the AI car drives on, but the next car is still waiting for the FIRST red signal.
If the second set of signals isn't there the roundabout looks and would function normally.
It takes an incredibly long time for traffic to pass over this roundabout as a result. There is no comparable roundabout anywhere on the Promods map that I found, and it also doesn't exist in real life on the way to Holyhead. I think it's supposed the be the Kingsland Roundabout on the A55 but IRL that doesn't even have signals, let alone a jamming one like this.
