[Fixed] [#189] Lorient, floating road markings

There is a place not far from Lorient where lane markings (delimiters) are detached and floating above the asphalt, so when you run over it, the truck/trailer gets a significant bump. See the attached screenshots for how it looks, and where exactly it's located (mouse cursor points to it). On static screenshots it may not be so prominent, but it's clearly visible that the rear wheel is standing on the marking (above the asphalt), while the front wheel is on asphalt and the marking goes beside it.
