[Fixed] [#15851] [2.30] Shifted light poles when upgrade garage

I have an issue for some time with new garage prefab (not the first one from SCS). When I buy garage and upgrade to big, there is three light poles on rear side of garage that are shifted. This problem is all around ProMods map, but not with every garage. For example: in Bulgaria garage in Vidin have shifted light poles, but not in Pleven.
