I found an little bug in the mod there is an invisible wall nearby Ulm:

@Sydney_NL, I confirm an invisible wall at that location. I have reported this in our bug tracking system, bug #15997. Thank you for your report.

For the future it would be more helpful if you provided coordinates as text (copied from bugs.txt), for example: "(sec-0001+0002);-3159.54;43.6674;11956.3;-1.49749;-0.115168". This way we can copy/paste the coordinates into the editor to quickly reach the location. Also, your report title should include the ProMods version you are using, as described in How to report a bug.
