[Fixed] [#16895/#16896] [2.31] No give way intersection in Zamosc [PL]

On this intersection in Zamosc, Poland, no one has to give way to anyone.

Check the pictures, notice the truck's position inside the intersection. At least one road sign should be "give way", most probably, the one that the truck is coming from.

L.E: Same bug applies to this intersection near Zamosc. This time, there's a road sign that shows left-turn has way. 2 indicators show the road that has way, and the other 2 should be give way but them both are not the right sign.

The thing we needed is the sector (in this case (sec+0011-0001)).
