[Fixed] [#16991] [2.32] [LOC] Serbian city of Nis has a wrong localisation on the map

I've noticed that the serbian city of Nis has its localisation displaying both latin and cyrilic letter on the map, if the user will untick the localised version of the cities/countries, in the game's settings. As you can see, all the other cyrilic/greek cities have its name written correctly on the map, and also, when I choose the game language to be Romanian, the city of Nis appeared only with latin characters.
