There is a segment of the highway north of Brno in Czechia where, upon leaving the intersection, the west-bound inner lane retains the 50 km/h speed limit of the intersection until the first fuel station:

This part of the map has been rebuilt in WIP version so this bug is already fix. Thanks anyway for your report!
